Kalamitsa bay is ideal for sea sports, yachting, surfing etc. as it is a large bay and provides perfect cover. The sea is clean and crystal with glidering sand. Usually it is calm as it is situated on the southwest part of Skyros which has rarely any wind. Kalamitsa bay is very quite for swimming and during the summer months it has three restaurants and a super market open. The Villa is an 120 sq.m. house with a front and back garden, and parking for three cars. It is modern Villa with two bedrooms, a study room or guest room, a living room and a big bathroom with a bath.
