The price of renting a house depends on the time of the year, size, amount of persons and the area the house is located. Consequently prices diverge between 30 and 100 euros with an average price between July and August of 50-60 euros for a house (prices indicated are not per person). Our availabitly is limited so we would suggest you book a house as soon as possible. In our website you will find regular updates of the houses offered each period.

The price of buying a house on the island of Skyros is related to size, condition, area the house is located and age of the building. It follows that prices can be estimated between 50.000 and 100.000 euros depending on each occasion. Houses in the town of Skyros are usually small in size and for that specific reason there are usually no large divergences in prices.
