1. Virgin Mary of the Noblemen house
The
house is situated in the oldest neighborhood of Skyros facing the sea
and has an amazing view to the Aegean. It is an old noble house in
traditional style and combines modern comfort with traditional
architecture. The Skyrian aeshetic of the house and the breathtaking sea
view make this house an ideal destination for those who enjoy the
quality of life of their vacations.
The house has a living room and a
kitchen, a bedroom and a big terrace. The house can accommodate maximum
five adults and two children
Garden: The studio has a wonderful private garden of 25 sq.m. shadow
for the morning sun. There are garden chairs for this spot. The house
has also a huge veranda with breathtaking views. Both spots are very
quiet and private
Architecture: The house combines an Aegean easthtic with modern design.
The house was originally built in the 15th century and is attached to
Byzantine arches and two churches that are among the oldest on the
island dating back to 10th century. This is undoubtedly the most
beautiful and old neighborhood of Skyros known as 'Megali strata' the
elite quarter that no man except noblemen was allowed to enter until
the 19th century. It can accommodate up to 4 people. There are two
double beds in two separate bedrooms, sofa bed, kitchen fully equipped,
shower and views!

2. Byzantine studio
The house is situated in the mediaeval part of Skyros like the Virgin Mary of
the Noblemen house. It is ideal for a couple (two people) and it is
very charming. Skyrian style architecture attached to mediaeval arches
makes this house a unique island experience.
Garden: The studio does not have a garden but it has a lower price than the other properties despite the fact it is equally charming and comfortable.
Architecture: The house has a typical Skyrian architecture.
The house was originally built in the 14th century and is attached to
Byzantine arches and one church that is among the oldest on the
island dating back to 12th century. It is situated in the most
beautiful and old neighborhood of Skyros known as 'Megali strata' the
elite quarter that no man except noblemen was allowed to enter until
the 19th century. It can accommodate up to 2 people. There is one
double bed kitchen fully equipped,
shower and romantic atmosphere.

Villa
Rupert Brooke is one of our best properties next to Rupert Brooke sq.
and right on the main road. It can accommodate 3 people, it has
bathroom with shower and small kitchen and a large veranda with amazing
views to the Aegean. Highly recommended.It is located next to the archeological and folk museums.
Garden: The house has an amazing veranda with breathtaking views to the sea and the beach. There is garden furniture
Architecture: The house has a typical Skyrian architecture. It is part of a larger quarter and it is situated right next to the parking of Brook sq.
