The studio is situated next to the ancient acropolis and the Byzantine castle (kastro) with the   monastery of Saint George. It has a magnificent view to the sea   and the rest of Skyros 15 m. away and it is very quiet despite the fact it is only 10 minutes walk to the market of the island and 30 minutes walk to the sea. The area is known as the top part of the neighborhood of the noblemen, the elite of Skyros. There is a parking area called lalares a 100m away.

Garden: The studio has a yard of 25 sq.m.with a tree. There are garden chairs for this spot. 15m away is   a small quiet square with a view to the Aegean and the rest of Skyros.

Archite: The house combines an Aegean traditional beauty with modern comfort.The house is made of stone and wood. It has a local Aegean aesthetic like most of the houses in this part of the Island. The house is dressed with local wood carvings and a wooden ceiling. It can accommodate up to 4 people. There is a double bed and double sofa bed, kitchen fully equipped, shower and a large living room.

Extras inclusive:   aircondition, washing maschine and fireplace during winter (wood provided)

2. Virgin Mary of the Noblemen house

The house is situated in the oldest neighborhood of Skyros facing the sea and has an amazing view to the Aegean. It is an old noble house in traditional style and combines modern comfort with traditional architecture. The Skyrian aeshetic of the house and the breathtaking sea view make this house an ideal destination for those who enjoy the quality of life of their vacations.
The house has a living room and a kitchen, a bedroom and a big terrace. The house can accommodate maximum five adults and two children

3. Kamara house

The house is situated in the mediaeval part of Skyros like the Virgin Mary of the Noblemen house. It is ideal for a couple (two people) and it is very charming. Skyrian style architecture attached to mediaeval arches makes this house a unique island experience.

50 euros per day low season, 70 Euros per day high season.
